The Sebel Residence

Location. The Sebel Residence is located in the port and tourist town of East Perth, in Western Australia. East Perth is teaming with popular cafes, museums and shopping centers, as well as zoos and botanic gardens. The Aquarium of Western Australia, located on Southside Drive in Perth, features an underwater tunnel for viewing sharks, stingrays, and other water wildlife. Within two kilometers of the hotel is the Perth city center featuring shopping centers, bars and nightclubs. Northbridge, a Perth suburb within two kilometers of the property, offers shop-lined streets and is home to the Western Australian Museum and Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Hotel Features. First opened in 2003, the Sebel Residence hotel features an outdoor pool and gym.

The tour and car rental desks at the resort can set up trips to sites in Perth and elsewhere in Western Australia.

Guestrooms. Guest lodging is made up of spacious modern apartments, decorated in white and gray with tangerine and lime accents. One-bedroom apartments have full kitchens with a microwave oven and washer/dryers. Studios and one-bedroom units pair up to form a two-bedroom unit. Each room features a small desk with data ports. Some apartments include balconies overlooking the Swan River. Bathrooms in some guestrooms feature spa tubs.

Expert Tip. There's a superb bike route within walking distance of the resort that begins near Swan River and stretches for miles, weaving through King's Park, Fremantle and the beaches. Bikewest, the government's cycling division, publishes a series of helpful route maps for cycling trips through Perth.
